Job Location: Bangalore (100% onsite, work from studio) Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to help us attract, engage, and retain the best creative minds in the industry. Your Purpose to the Team: As a Talent Acquisition Associate, your purpose is to be the bridge between our studios vision and the exceptional talent that brings it to life Youll be responsible for identifying top candidates, building strong talent pipelines, and creating an inclusive recruitment process that reflects our values and culture Your work will directly impact the quality of our team and the growth of our studio What Youll Own & Drive: Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and onboarding top talent Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, engaging, and positive experience for all candidates throughout the end-to-end recruitment process Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their teams needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles Data-Driven Insights: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes, identify trends, and optimize hiring strategies Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity in hiring practices, ensuring an inclusive approach to talent acquisition. What Were Looking For: 1-3 years in talent acquisition, preferably in the design, tech, or creative industries Proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, with a strong network in the UX/UI design community Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels Familiarity with HR tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Behance, Dribbble, etc. Passion for design, creativity, and a deep understanding of the UX/UI industry and its talent landscape Ability to think critically, adapt to changing needs, and find innovative solutions to hiring challenges.
