Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Associate to join our

Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full

recruitment cycle from identifying staffing needs and sourcing candidates to

coordinating interviews and facilitating the onboarding process. This role is key to

ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent to support the companys growth

objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
  • Create and publish job descriptions across various recruitment platforms.
  • Source potential candidates via job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking events, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for role fit and organizational culture alignment.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless, positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction.
  • Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in

    Human Resources, Business Administration

    , or a related field.
  • 14 years of experience

    in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills using

    job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking channels

    .
  • Excellent

    interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

    .
  • Ability to

    multitask and manage multiple open positions

    simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with

    applicant tracking systems (ATS)

    and recruitment software.
  • Strong

    organizational skills and attention to detail

    .
  • Good knowledge of

    labor laws and HR best practices

    related to hiring and employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in

    technical / IT recruitment

    (if applicable).
  • Familiarity with

    employer branding initiatives

    and

    recruitment marketing strategies

    .
  • Certification in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources

    (optional, but preferred).
