Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with at least 2+ years of technical hiring experience in Enterprise Support, Networking, or Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and have a proven track record of successfully closing roles in technical and functional areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job roles and hiring strategies
  
• Use innovative sourcing via job portals, social media, referrals, and events
  
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS regularly
  
• Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate fit
  
• Extend job offers and manage pre-joining formalities
  
• Track and analyze hiring metrics for process improvement
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree (MBA preferred)
  
• Minimum 2 years Talent Acquisition experience in Enterprise Support/Networking/Infrastructure (mandatory)
  
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and hiring best practices
  
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  
• Proficiency in ATS tools and MS Office
