Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer with 8 to 12 years of hands-on expertise in React.js , Next.js , TypeScript , and .NET technologies to join our dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications, while adhering to modern software development practices. This role requires strong technical leadership, mentoring abilities, and a passion for clean, efficient code. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications using React.js , Next.js , TypeScript , and .NET Core/.NET 6+ . Architect and implement secure, maintainable, and scalable front-end and back-end solutions. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver intuitive, responsive, and user-centric interfaces. Develop, consume, and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. Ensure application performance, security, and scalability through optimization techniques and code refactoring. Drive code reviews , uphold coding standards, and mentor junior and mid-level developers. Work alongside DevOps teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges. Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices to improve product quality continuously and development processes. Required Qualifications: 8 to 12 years of professional experience in full-stack application development. Expert proficiency in React.js with solid experience in TypeScript and Next.js (12 years). Extensive experience in .NET Core / .NET 6+ (C#) and Web API development . Strong experience with SQL Server , Entity Framework , and NoSQL databases . Proven experience implementing and working with Microservices Architecture . In-depth understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices. Advanced knowledge of HTML5 , CSS3 , SASS , JavaScript , and TypeScript . Proficiency in state management libraries such as Redux (or NgRx for Angular equivalents). Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure , AWS , or GCP . Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest , Mocha , xUnit , or NUnit . Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and technical leadership abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative approach to team leadership.
