Senior Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer at iSON Xperiences India Pvt. Ltd., located in Noida with a hybrid work model, you will be a key player in designing, developing, and maintaining .NET services that integrate with LivePerson's Messaging and Engagement APIs. With over 3 years of experience in .NET development, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge solutions that leverage LivePerson's APIs to create innovative and secure authentication workflows using OAuth2/App Key. Your responsibilities will include managing WebSocket connections for real-time messaging, handling messaging events such as chat initiation, message delivery, and status updates, as well as collaborating with Conversational AI Engineers on Web Messaging SDK implementations. You will also be tasked with monitoring and logging LivePerson activity for analytics and reporting, ensuring scalability and high performance under production load, and maintaining clear and thorough technical documentation. To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of API integrations and WebSocket protocols, along with experience working with LivePerson or similar messaging platforms. Knowledge of OAuth2 authentication workflows, solid debugging skills, effective communication abilities, and a knack for detailed documentation are essential for success in this position.
