• Mon–Fri: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Half Day)
• Sunday: Weekly Off

Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate with up to 1 year of experience in tech and non-tech hiring. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about finding and engaging top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across functions (tech & non-tech)
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth hiring experience
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
• Collaborate closely with the HRBP and CoS team on hiring strategies
• Assist in onboarding and documentation of selected candidates
• (Optional but a plus) Support HR operations such as attendance, employee records, and internal communication

What We’re Looking For

• 0–1 year of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Hands-on experience sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• A people-first approach and attention to detail
• Interest or prior exposure to HR operations is a strong plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
