JOB ROLE As a Business Development Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential learners. Your role will involve understanding their goals, explaining our offerings, and guiding them toward the right upskilling program. Key Responsibilities Make 100+ outbound calls daily to leads provided. Speak with a minimum of 30 potential learners each day. Conduct at least 3 video consultations (VCs) daily to convert leads. Identify learners' pain points and effectively pitch HeyCoach's programs. Follow up with leads and drive conversions to meet and exceed your daily KRAs.
