Job Description

A Talent Acquisition Associate role focused on using AI-driven recruiting tools to screen and prioritize candidates at scale. Responsible for configuring roles in Fabric (AI recruiter), reviewing AI shortlists, conducting sourcing activities, managing candidate operations, and tracking quality metrics. Will support employer branding initiatives as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Configure roles in Fabric by translating JDs into clear skills/experience signals, knockout criteria, and pass thresholds
Review AI shortlists by spot-checking interviews/summaries, tagging edge cases, and escalating mismatches
Conduct top-up sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri Recruiter as needed
Manage candidate operations including scheduling interviews, updates, and maintaining ATS/CRM notes
Track and report on quality metrics such as time-to-first shortlist, stage conversions, and offer progress
Support employer branding by drafting job posts, outreach messages, and supporting meetups or campus drives

Must Have Skills

LinkedIn Recruiter and/or Naukri Recruiter
Candidate screening and evaluation
Recruitment operations management
Google Sheets (filters, pivot basics)

Good To Have Skills

Understanding of common tech roles (Backend/Frontend, Data/ML, QA, DevOps/SRE)
Documentation skills
Experience with any ATS/CRM
Metrics tracking and reporting
AI tools/workflows configuration
