  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau and/or Power BI.
  • Connect to various data sources and perform data modeling, cleansing, and transformation.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
  • Optimize data visualizations for performance, usability, and scalability.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used in reporting.
  • Schedule and automate reports and dashboards as needed.
  • Provide end-user support and training on BI tools and dashboards.
  • Continuously improve dashboard designs based on user feedback and business needs.
