Tableau Developer

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Design and develop innovative business intelligence dashboards using Tableau to monitor operational performance, present insights to underlying drivers, and support leaders in managing their business.
• Connect to various data sources, including databases and cloud-based platforms, to create data visualizations
• Develop and maintain data models, calculations, and data validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with data visualizations and reports
• Ability to perform complex data analysis on large volumes of data and present findings to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions

**Technical Requirements:**

• 3-5 years of experience in Tableau development
• Strong knowledge of Tableau Desktop, Server, and Online
• Experience with data visualization principles and best practices
• Experienced in querying and transforming large datasets and/or creating reports using SQL (e.g. MSSQL, Databricks)
• Strong understanding of data modelling and data governance principles
• Strong technical skills, including troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Experience with technologies such as GitHub and Jira

**Soft Skills:**

• Expert technical documentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• A team player who is passionate about developing peers, winning as a team, and providing constructive feedback when needed

**Education:**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹517,059.61 - ₹900,000.00 per year
