Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
Optimize existing dashboards for better performance and usability.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing detailed data validation and testing.
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to integrate Tableau solutions with various data sources.
Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Provide technical support and training to business users on Tableau usage.

Must-Have Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases.
Experience in performance tuning and optimizing Tableau dashboards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and translate requirements.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Knowledge of other BI tools such as Power BI or QlikView.
Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics.
Exposure to Agile methodology and DevOps practices.
