Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced Tableau Developer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining visually compelling and insightful dashboards and reports using Tableau, as well as managing data extraction and transformation processes to support analytics and business decision - making.  

This role demands a high level of technical expertise in data visualization , SQL, and Snowflake , as well as the ability to work in a cross-functional, global environment. Familiarity with tools such as R, Python, Power BI, or Spotfire is a strong plus.

Mode of Work: Hybrid 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau that align with business goals. 
  
• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis across various sources. 
  
• Work with Snowflake for data warehousing solutions, including data modeling, ETL processes, and performance tuning. 
  
• Collaborate with global and interdisciplinary teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions. 
  
• Apply Tableau best practices and provide guidance to team members to ensure consistent and high-quality visualizations.  
  
• Stay updated with the latest trends in data visualization, analytics, and data science technologies.  
  
• Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.  
  
• Address data-related challenges with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  
• Support computerized systems validation and ensure compliance with industry standards and testing methodologies.   
  

Qualifications and Required Skills: 

• Bachelor's degree in informatics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. 
  
• 5 7 years of relevant experience in data analytics, BI development, or related fields. 
  
• Strong expertise in Tableau, SQL, and Snowflake. 
  
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and performance tuning. 
  
• Familiarity with additional tools like Power BI, Spotfire, or programming languages such as R, Python, or JavaScript is a plus. 
  
• Understanding of clinical development or the biopharma industry is preferred. 
  
• Experience with system validation, testing methodologies, and awareness of compliance risks. 
  
• Strong organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results  
  

Good to Have Skills: 

• Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector. 
  
• Knowledge of advanced analytics, data governance, and compliance frameworks. 
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed global team.
