Tableau Developer

Responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and BI solutions while ensuring data integrity, performance optimization, and alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and manage Tableau-driven dashboards, analytics, and other BI solutions.
• Perform data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design.
• Review and improve existing systems, integrating new systems as needed.
• Conduct unit tests and develop database queries to analyze effects and troubleshoot issues.
• Create tools and processes to store and manage organizational data efficiently.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing and managing Tableau dashboards and analytics.
• Experience in Tableau Server management and Tableau administration/architecture.
• Knowledge of TabCMD commands.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and normalization.
• Proficiency in Excel (macros, pivot tables) and reporting/analysis tools.
• Ability to query and visualize large datasets while optimizing workbook performance.
• Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, BI, Information Systems, or related field.
