Job Description

Develop and maintain interactive, impactful, and visually appealing
Tableau dashboards and reports
.
Work extensively with
SQL
to create, optimize, and manage complex queries, including
joins, relationships, CTEs, and window functions
.
Integrate and blend data from multiple databases (
SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Teradata
) within Tableau.
Create and manage
custom SQL
queries to extract and manipulate data for visualization.
Troubleshoot and debug data issues, ensuring data accuracy and dashboard performance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions.
Ensure dashboard usability, scalability, and adherence to data governance standards.
Participate in performance optimization and best practice implementation for Tableau environments.

Required Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in
Tableau Desktop
for visualization, calculations, and storytelling.
In-depth knowledge of
SQL
and ability to handle large datasets efficiently.
Strong understanding of
data relationships
, joins, and blending in Tableau.
Advanced
Excel
skills including pivot tables and formula-based analysis.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn new technologies.
Flexible to work in
2nd shift (1 PM 10 PM IST)
.

Mandatory Skills

Tableau Desktop (latest versions preferred)
Strong SQL Skills (optimized queries, CTEs, window functions)
Excel and Pivot Tables
Familiarity with common enterprise data sources
SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Teradata (any one)
