• We are seeking a

  skilled and motivated Tableau Developer

  to join our growing analytics team at Globaldata Research Center Pvt Ltd.
• The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data visualization, dashboard development, and translating complex data sets into actionable insights. You will work closely with business stakeholders to design, develop, and optimize Tableau dashboards that drive effective decision-making.
• This role requires a problem-solver who is passionate about data and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy interactive and visually engaging dashboards using

  Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Tableau Online

  .
• Translate business requirements into scalable and reusable visual analytics solutions.
• Optimize performance of dashboards for speed and usability.
• Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources to support analytic deliverables.
• Build logical data models and define calculations, sets, and parameters in Tableau.
• Apply data blending or modeling techniques to support analytical requirements.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand key objectives and reporting needs.
• Conduct requirement workshops and transform business needs into technical specifications.
• Publish and maintain dashboards on Tableau Server.
• Manage user access and permissions.
• Provide ongoing support including troubleshooting, updates, and performance tuning.
• Follow data visualization and BI best practices to deliver intuitive and high-quality dashboards.
• Maintain documentation for dashboard design, logic, data sources, and workflow processes.
• Test dashboards for accuracy, usability, and responsiveness.
• Conduct peer reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with data engineers, BI analysts, and product owners to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Support ad-hoc reporting requirements and data requests.
