System Engineer

As a Network Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing and supporting data networks for WSI data centers, corporate facilities, retail stores, distribution centers, call centers, and eCommerce environments. Your responsibilities will include participating in requirements gathering, solution design, resource capacity planning, system documentation maintenance, and system resource optimization. You will also be involved in installation, configuration, and monitoring activities to ensure system access and resources are managed efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in requirements gathering and solution design - Manage resource capacity plans and provide input to system capacity plans - Develop and maintain procedures and system documentation - Perform system resource optimization activities - Participate in major updates supporting new requirements and maintaining systems currency - Implement resource management and monitoring methods and tools - Work on projects of moderate complexity - Administer system access and resources, and support resolution of production incidents - Provide work breakdown planning, estimation, and review the team's estimates - Identify feature and module dependencies, propose mitigation plans for risks, and suggest process improvements - Interact with team members, IT teams, business users, managers, and mentor co-workers within your area of expertise - Actively share technical knowledge within your domain and improve others" productivity - Participate in staff recruiting and justify decisions to achieve peer consent Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Proven experience in designing and supporting data networks - Strong knowledge of network solutions and IT project implementation - Ability to work on multiple phases of a project or entire projects of moderate complexity - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders - Self-directed and able to justify decisions effectively Join us in our mission to power digital experiences for leading companies around the globe.
