System Analyst - IT

” will be based in Coimbatore, Reporting to Manager.

What a typical day looks like:

Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements.
Support system design, configuration, and testing efforts.
Provide Analysis, design, subject matter expertise & adapt existing product management methodologies to deliver IT solutions to business.
Perform feasibility studies and process design reviews. Develop detailed plan of process implementation.
Prepare specification Documentation, provide application design & proposals for function-specific business requirements & drive user acceptance tests.
Assist in the development of overall project plan, collaborate with cross functional teams & liaise with Business team to deliver business critical solutions & troubleshoot wherever needed.
Adhere to application Management & governance with IT solutions.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Overall Work Experience of 0 - 3 years in Procurement applications is preferrable
Experience as a key user or consultant for Supply chain process embedded products/solutions
Strong Communication (Verbal & non-verbal), Documentation & problem-solving skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s in engineering
Overall, 0 to 2 years of experience in production support area (L1 and L2 and L3)
Basic Knowledge in SQL, any programming knowledge with coding experience is preferred.
Data Management/ETL projects
Ability to lead the efficiency improvement ideas and provide required leadership to the team for the same
Exhibit a strong sense of urgency for high severity incidents
Highly motivated and eager to be part of the Systems team
Aspire to learn cutting edge technologies
A passion for finding root cause of problems, even when process is tedious
