System Analyst - IT

As a Business Analyst at Flex based in Coimbatore, reporting to the manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuity of IT systems. Your role will involve providing planning, technical business expertise, and project coordination to implement, architect, design, build, test, develop software, and resolve technical business solutions to automate specific business processes. - Provide analysis, design, subject matter expertise, and adapt existing product management methodologies to deliver IT solutions to the business. - Conduct feasibility studies and process design reviews, and develop a detailed plan for process implementation. - Prepare specification documentation, provide application design and proposals for function-specific business requirements, and drive user acceptance tests. - Assist in the development of the overall project plan, collaborate with cross-functional teams, liaise with the Business team to deliver business-critical solutions, and troubleshoot wherever needed. - Lead initiatives in partnership with external banking partners and internal stakeholders (Tax, Legal, AR/AP, etc.). - Adhere to Product Management and Maintenance Practices in Finance IT solutions. - 1-3 years of overall work experience in Treasury/Finance Domain or finance applications. - Experience as a key user or consultant for treasury products/solutions. - Strong communication (verbal and non-verbal), documentation, and problem-solving skills. - Experience with any Treasury Management System (TMS) will be preferred.
