Description
System Management: Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and software. Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and security. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in accordance with company policies. Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT): Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify and mitigate security risks. Analyze security breaches and implement corrective measures to prevent future incidents. Collaborate with security teams to ensure that systems are hardened against potential threats. Network Administration: Maintain and configure network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Ensure network security through regular updates, monitoring, and implementing best practices. Backup and Recovery: Implement and manage backup procedures to ensure data integrity and availability. Develop and test disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity. Security Management: Monitor systems for security vulnerabilities and respond to incidents in a timely manner. Implement security measures to protect the company’s IT assets, including antivirus, encryption, and firewalls. Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors to procure and manage IT equipment and services. Evaluate vendor performance and manage service contracts to ensure compliance and value for money. Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines. Must Have Skills: MCSE, CCNA, office 365 ,IT Audit, VAPT, FortiGate Fire wall configuration .
