Were looking for a skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our dynamic team. Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient System Administrator with 3+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise-level IT systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our internal and client-facing IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux), including installation, configuration, monitoring, and patching. Administer network devices, firewalls, and ensure secure and efficient data communication. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions. Automate routine tasks using scripting or DevOps tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Ansible). Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions. Support cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and assist with migration projects. Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and configurations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Security, and Application Support. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a System Administrator or similar role. Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs). Exposure to scripting/automation tools (PowerShell, Python, Shell Scripting, Ansible). Understanding of IT security best practices and compliance standards. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Preferred Skills (a plus but not mandatory): Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, RHCE, MCSA, CCNA, or AWS/Azure Associate. Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of ITIL framework or service desk tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk). Why Join Us?
