Location: Chennai, India (on-site at our new HRGF office) About HRGF HRGF is a fast-growing Engineering consultancy & Tech company for meeting Saudi Arabia's 2030 vision. Weve just opened our new Chennai office and are building out a team to deliver the best enterprise web applications. Role Overview: Youll take ownership of our front-end development across ERP and internal tools. Working closely with backend and DevOps engineers, you’ll build responsive, user-friendly interfaces that support engineering workflows and business operations. Key Responsibilities: Develop front-end features using React.js , TypeScript preferred Implement interactive forms, dashboards, and reports Integrate REST APIs and handle state with hooks or Redux Build reusable UI components with Tailwind or MUI Optimize app performance and responsiveness Participate in design discussions, testing, and code reviews Collaborate with product and backend teams for full-stack delivery Must-Have Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience building apps with React.js Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and front-end architecture Familiar with component design, hooks, and routing (React Router) Proficient with Git, REST APIs, and responsive UI practices Experience using Tailwind CSS or Material UI Nice-to-Have: Experience with form libraries (Formik, React Hook Form) Exposure to Frappe/ERPNext templating or JS integration Basic backend knowledge (Node.js or Python) What We Offer: Competitive salary aligned with the Chennai market Flexible hours (with core overlap) A brand-new office and a close-knit team Friendly and open work environment Personal improvement plans tailored to your goals Interview Process Take-Home Assignment Deliverables: GitHub repo or ZIP with a sample UI Timeline: 3 days Technical Interview (Zoom/Google Meet) Format: Code review + front-end Q&A Duration: ~60 minutes Focus: UI/UX structure and reusability API integration Code quality and styling
