About Almuqeet Systems

Almuqeet Systems is a global technology company delivering cutting-edge telecom, CPaaS, and enterprise communication solutions. We help telecom operators and businesses simplify connectivity, enhance security, and scale efficiently through next-gen infrastructure and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and maintaining company servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure maximum uptime.
Support configuration and administration of firewalls, routers, switches, and load balancers.
Work with VLANs and virtual switches for secure network segmentation.
Manage virtualisation environments (Proxmox, VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
Assist in HA/cluster setups and ensure system redundancy and failover testing.
Maintain and manage Active Directory / LDAP accounts, group policies, and access controls.
Support installation, configuration, and patching of Windows and Linux systems.
Maintain security best practices across systems and networks.
Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Provide technical support to internal teams and end-users.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching).
Hands-on experience with network devices (firewalls, routers, switches, and load balancers).
Knowledge of VLANs, virtual switches, and network segmentation.
Experience with virtualisation technologies (Proxmox, VMware, KVM, Hyper-V).
Basic understanding of High Availability (HA) / clustering.
Experience with Windows Server, Linux OS, and directory services (AD / LDAP).
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Nagios, etc.) is a plus.
Knowledge of backup solutions and disaster recovery concepts.
Ability to work independently and resolve issues efficiently.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience:

2 to 4 Years

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
Understanding of DevOps tools (Docker, Git, CI/CD).
Exposure to email servers, DNS management, VPNs, and SSL certificates.
