Role Overview Responsible for IT infrastructure support and maintenance. Acts as the first point of contact for system-related issues. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain servers, networks, and system health. Perform routine system checks and apply basic troubleshooting. Handle user account creation, password resets, and access permissions. Install and update operating systems and standard software packages. Respond to Level 1 support tickets and escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams. Maintain documentation of incidents, configurations, and procedures. Ensure compliance with security policies and assist in patch management. Support backup and recovery processes. Provide basic support for hardware (desktops, laptops, printers) and peripherals. Assist in onboarding new users and setting up workstations. Assist in setting up IT infra for internal events or guest events in coordination with respective suppliers / vendors. Skills Operational knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems. Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Experience in Day to Day IT operations in an organisation, like desktop, laptop, printers, Wifi, Switches, Routers, firewalls, common AV systems and management of software licenses, warranties, subscriptions, IT inventory and renewals Ability to follow SOPs and escalate issues appropriately. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelors degree in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent). Relevant experience 3+ yrs
