Position - System Admin Manager Location - Mumbai (Client Site) Experience - 7 to 12 years of IT Support Engineer with an expertise in IT Industry Industry : Telecom / Financial Product will be additional advantage (not mandatory) Responsibilities Should have troubleshooting experience in Big data ecosystems Expert of Data migration and Data processing Expert in Linux -bash, Linux commands Overall Knowledge of web application Leverage internal technical expertise, including development engineers, knowledge base, and other internal tools to provide the most effective solutions to customer/Employees issues Expert on PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting will be adding advantage Expert in Azure, Docker & Kubernetes Should have minimum 2-3 years of experience to manage the team Qualifications BCA, BSc.IT, BSc in computers Required Skills Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking. English Language: confident in reading, writing, and speaking. The role involves working in weekly shifts and supporting on weekends or holidays regularly. Excellent troubleshooting knowledge on at least two or more technologies mentioned above. Willing to work in a dynamic product support environment with focus on customer success.
