System Administration Specialist

As a Junior System Administrator at People Prime, you will have the opportunity to work with a reputable recruiting company that has been in the industry for over 12 years. Your responsibilities in this role will include: - Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows/Linux operating systems, desktops, and networking equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls. - Monitoring system performance, logs, and alerts to proactively address any issues that may arise. - Managing user accounts, permissions, Active Directory, and group policies to ensure smooth operations. - Assisting with patching, backups, disaster recovery drills, and basic troubleshooting tasks. - Setting up antivirus software, network printers, and conducting routine software deployments. - Documenting system configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions for team reference. - Configuring Outlook settings, performing backups, and troubleshooting related issues.
