Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers in a professional manner.Provide accurate information about products,
services, and company policies
.Resolve customer queries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and courteously.Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
.Meet performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and eNsure compliance with company policies
.Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Participate in regular training sessions to enhance communication and product knowledge.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve process goals and service targets
.Be flexible to work in night shifts or rotational shifts as per international time zones.
