Sustainability Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Sustainability Executive who is passionate about nature conservation and the field of ecology. This role involves supporting sustainability initiatives, preparation of training material on programs on sustainability along with environmental regulations, and skilling others to follow eco-friendly practices within their organization.

Key Responsibilities

 Assist in developing and implementing sustainability programs to minimize environmental impact.

 Support in conducting research on eco-friendly practices, waste reduction, and energy efficiency.

 Support customers in compliance with environmental laws, certifications, and industry standards.

 Assist to Monitor and report sustainability metrics, trends, and improvements.

 Engage with external stakeholders and environmental agencies to promote sustainability goals.

 Participate in organizing awareness workshops and training programs on environmental best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Graduate in any faculty with a keen interest in sustainability and ecology.

 2 to 4 years of experience (preferably in Industry) in the Sustainability field.

 Strong knowledge of basic computer software (MS Office, data analysis tools, etc.).

 Excellent communication and coordination skills.

 Ability to analyze sustainability trends and propose innovative solutions.

 Passionate about environmental conservation and ecological balance.

 Smart, proactive, and eager to contribute to a greener future.

Preferred Qualities

 Hands-on experience with ESG reporting, carbon footprint analysis, or sustainability audits.

 Knowledge of industry standards like ISO 14001, GRI, or LEED certification.

 Experience working in sustainability projects.
