Job Title

Support Residential Sales FlooringAs a Deputy Manager in Residential Sales Flooring, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the residential flooring sector. You will be expected to develop and implement strategic sales plans, manage a team of sales professionals, and build strong relationships with key customers. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions.

Principal Accountabilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals in the residential flooring sector.Manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and development to drive performance.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet these needs.Use technical knowledge of processes and products to provide expert advice and support to customers and team members.Utilize SAP and other IT related applications to track sales data and generate reports.Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions.Negotiate contracts and deals with customers, using influencing and networking skills to achieve favorable terms.Demonstrate strong business and commercial acumen, identifying opportunities for growth and profitability.Foster a global mindset within the team, encouraging understanding and appreciation of different cultures and markets.Manage conflicts within the team effectively, ensuring a positive working environment.Use analytical skills to evaluate sales performance and identify areas for improvement.Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, using persuasion skills to secure repeat business.Drive business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and potential customers.
