Aim is to achieve this thorough Channels and by working alongside dealers and distributors Job Title Support Residential Sales Flooring Job Description As a Deputy Manager in Residential Sales Flooring, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the residential flooring sector. You will be expected to develop and implement strategic sales plans, manage a team of sales professionals, and build strong relationships with key customers. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and competition, and using this information to inform sales strategies. Principal Accountabilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals in the residential flooring sector. Manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and development to ensure high performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet these needs. Use technical knowledge of processes and products to inform sales strategies and provide expert advice to customers. Negotiate contracts and deals with customers, using influencing and networking skills to achieve the best outcome for the company. Use SAP and other IT related applications to manage sales data and provide reports on sales performance. Conduct market and competitive intelligence research to inform sales strategies. Use analytical skills to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth. Demonstrate strong business and commercial acumen, using this to inform sales strategies and decisions. Foster a global mindset within the team, encouraging them to consider international trends and opportunities. Manage conflicts within the team and with customers, using strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Develop new business opportunities and manage customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
