The Deputy Officer Talent Acquisition & HR Operations is responsible for supporting endtoend recruitment, HR operations, and employee life cycle management. The role involves coordinating hiring activities, maintaining HR records, supporting onboarding and separation processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. The position works closely with hiring managers and employees to deliver smooth HR services and contribute to workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.
Support endtoend recruitment and talent acquisition activities
Coordinate onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes
Manage employee records, HR documentation, and HRMIS updates
Assist in payroll inputs, attendance, and statutory compliance
Support employee engagement, communication, and grievance handling
Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
