  • Managerial Academy Scale the Managerial Academy to enhance people leadership, and drive execution excellence across mid-level leaders.
  • Employee Assessment & Learning – Use assessment tools to map competencies, design personalized learning, and provide data-driven development insights.
  • Campus Programs – Manage MT development, induction, and performance cycles, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
  • Talent Development – Lead Credit Academy, Digital academy, and TQM Academy, hackathons (EPIC Quest) to upskill employees.
  • Project Execution – Own end-to-end project initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and optimize programs with data insights.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

MBA/PGDM in HR with 5+ years of experience

Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Behavioral Competencies

High on learnability and adaptability

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset

Ambitious, self-motivated, and thrives in a dynamic environment
