Job Title: Support Executive – Accounting & Compliance

Overview
We’re seeking a proactive professional who can drive operational efficiency across accounting and compliance workflows. Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound emails with disciplined communication standards.
• Engage clients with clarity, urgency, and service-first professionalism.
• Coordinate effectively across internal teams to ensure aligned execution.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with clients and stakeholders to maintain workflow continuity.
• Facilitate team–client communication loops to minimize friction and ensure smooth delivery.
• Support payment tracking and collection processes with accuracy and tact.
• Maintain documentation, data entry, and compliance records with zero-error ambition.
• Escalate issues promptly to ensure operational risk is minimized.

Required Skills

• Strong command of professional email and WhatsApp communication etiquette.
• Solid MS Excel capabilities and comfort with MS Office productivity tools.
• High accuracy in documentation, data management, and compliance tasks.
• Effective communication and client-handling finesse.
• Collaborative, solution-driven work style with a bias toward action.

Qualification & Experience

• MBA in Finance preferred.
• 1+ years of relevant experience (flexible for exceptional talent).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
