Key Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound emails with disciplined communication standards. Engage clients with clarity, urgency, and service-first professionalism. Coordinate effectively across internal teams to ensure aligned execution. Conduct timely follow-ups with clients and stakeholders to maintain workflow continuity. Facilitate team–client communication loops to minimize friction and ensure smooth delivery. Support payment tracking and collection processes with accuracy and tact. Maintain documentation, data entry, and compliance records with zero-error ambition. Escalate issues promptly to ensure operational risk is minimized. Required Skills Strong command of professional email and WhatsApp communication etiquette. Solid MS Excel capabilities and comfort with MS Office productivity tools. High accuracy in documentation, data management, and compliance tasks. Effective communication and client-handling finesse. Collaborative, solution-driven work style with a bias toward action. Qualification & Experience MBA in Finance preferred. 1+ years of relevant experience (flexible for exceptional talent).
