Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Support Executive based in Tiruchirappalli. As a Support Executive, your responsibilities will include providing administrative and clerical support, managing phone communication with professionalism, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of tasks for the organization. You will play a key role in assisting with executive administrative responsibilities and contribute to the efficient management of office duties and marketig.

Qualifications

• Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to manage tasks and support operations efficiently
• Effective Communication and Phone Etiquette for interacting with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders in a professional manner
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills to handle office organization and documentation tasks accurately
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and time management skills
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining a compassionate and respectful attitude
• Experience in senior care or related industries is an advantage
• At least a high school diploma; additional certifications in administration or related fields preferred
