Job Description – Customer Handling & Supply Chain Manager (Foundry / Engineering)

Position: Customer Handling & Supply Chain Manager
Industry: Foundry / Engineering
Experience: Minimum 5–10 Years
Location: Coimbatore
Qualification: BE / Diploma

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end customer handling and supply chain operations.
• Act as the main point of contact between customers, production, planning, and dispatch.
• Oversee order processing, production planning, and on-time delivery.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency.
• Monitor raw material planning, inventory control, and logistics.
• Handle critical customer issues and ensure quick resolution.
• Review daily production status and delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports to management.
• Lead and guide the customer support and supply chain team.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Foundry or Engineering industry is mandatory.
• Excellent knowledge of Supply Chain Management & Customer Handling.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, Excel, and reporting tools.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet delivery commitments.

Salary: 30000/- to 50000/-
