Supply Chain Manager

As the Supply Chain & Vendor Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end materials ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include: - Forecasting and procuring materials such as laminates, plywood, boards, edge bands, hardware, and adhesives in coordination with the Head of Production. - Maintaining minimum stock levels across SKUs to prevent downtime and tracking material consumption per project. - Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, resolve delays, and improve terms. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with 15-30 key vendors, negotiating rates, tracking credit terms, and monitoring inventory physically and digitally. - Coordinating inbound/outbound logistics, maintaining accountability for materials dispatched to sites, and building local partnerships with logistics providers. - Maintaining procurement tracker, monthly purchase reports, and vendor scorecards. - Digitizing vendor database, catalogues, and rate lists. To qualify for this role, you should have 3-6 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or store/vendor management, preferably in furniture, interiors, or modular segments. You should also be familiar with modular materials and have strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Additionally, you should be highly organized, comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, and inventory tracking tools, and be proactive, structured, and deeply accountable.
