Supply Chain Manager

and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth

inventory flow, demand planning, vendor coordination, and timely fulfilment from farm to shelf.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor inventory across warehouses and retail channels
• Forecast demand and align procurement & production plans accordingly
• Collaborate with vendors, manufacturers, and logistics partners
• Lead quality checks and ensure product integrity at every stage
• Implement systems for tracking shipments, stock movement, and returns
• Optimize warehousing, packaging, and distribution efficiency
• Coordinate with internal teams for product launches and seasonal ramp-ups

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain/logistics/inventory management (FMCG/D2C
• preferred)
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations
• Proficiency in inventory management tools & Excel/Google Sheets
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing startup environment
