Supply Chain Manager

As a Supply Chain Manager, your role involves coordinating with Sales and Marketing to develop precise multi-channel demand forecasts (GT, MT, Exports, Wholesale, Job Work). You will be responsible for monitoring sales patterns and coordinating production schedules with market needs, promotional activities, and seasonal fluctuations. Additionally, you will efficiently plan plant capacity while comprehending operational limitations and impediments. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising production and inventory planning, ensuring the accuracy of material requirements planning (MRP) in accordance with projected demand. - Maintaining optimal inventory levels to fulfill service requirements while minimizing excess and holding costs. - Collaborating with Production and R&D departments regarding ingredient lead times, formulation modifications, and process adjustments. - Monitoring essential KPIs (OTIF, SOH, TAT) and leading optimization initiatives to enhance cost efficiency and service quality. - Leveraging ERP systems and digital technologies to achieve real-time visibility into the supply chain and support informed decision-making.
