Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Planning & Management

• Monitor stock levels across warehouses and outlets.
  
• Plan replenishment based on consumption patterns and business requirements.
  
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts and variance control.
  
• Reduce stock-outs, wastage, and pilferage through strong process discipline.
  

2. Warehouse & Distribution Operations

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, dispatch planning, and material flow.
  
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to all Barbeque Nation outlets.
  
• Coordinate with logistics partners for routing, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.
  
• Ensure storage practices comply with FSSAI and company food safety standards.
  

3. Logistics Coordination

• Track inbound and outbound logistics for all regions.
  
• Monitor lead times, fill rates, and delivery performance.
  
• Resolve transportation delays and supply disruptions proactively.
  

4. Cross-functional Coordination

• Work closely with Operations, Projects, Finance, QA, and regional teams.
  
• Understand outlet requirements and address supply-related escalations.
  
• Support new store openings with supply planning and coordination.
  

5. Process & Efficiency Improvement

• Optimise warehouse layout, distribution routes, and operational workflows.
  
• Implement SOPs across warehousing, dispatch, and documentation.
  
• Identify and drive cost-efficient logistics solutions (without involvement in vendor procurement).
  

6. Data, Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on stock, logistics, and distribution.
  
• Track KPIs: inventory accuracy, order fulfilment rate, turnaround time, logistics costs, variance.
  
• Use data insights to recommend continuous improvements.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
  
• 59 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations (F&B, FMCG, retail preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of inventory systems, logistics planning, and warehouse workflows.
  
• Experience working with ERP tools and supply chain dashboards.
  
• Ability to handle high-volume, multi-location operations.
