What you’ll own

🔹 Build & expand pan-India warehousing structure (cold + ambient)

🔹 Identify and onboard PTL / FTL partners

🔹 Create national lane-based trucking network

🔹 Develop city hubs and cross-dock nodes

🔹 Negotiate rate cards, SLAs & commercial terms

🔹 Enable marketplace fulfilment capability

🔹 Scale supply across Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities

• Temperature-controlled warehousing ecosystem
• Marketplace-aligned PTL and FTL partner network
• Cold chain movement capability (reefer + deep freeze)
• SLA-driven transport & intercity routing
• Multi-modal vendor selection frameworks
• Marketplace fulfilment service stack

Mandatory Experience

✔ 7–12 years supply chain

✔ D2C fulfilment exposure

✔ Cold chain logistics – warehousing + movement

✔ PTL / FTL vendor ecosystem building

✔ Marketplace or aggregator logistics

✔ Multi-city operations

✔ Commercial negotiation ownership
