Supply Chain Manager

You will be responsible for driving cost optimization projects, enhancing supply chain processes, and implementing controls that enable business expansion. Your main responsibilities will include: - Identifying, evaluating, and executing cost-saving initiatives across procurement, warehousing, logistics, and production. - Benchmarking costs with industry standards and optimizing supplier negotiations. - Reducing logistics and distribution costs through process improvements and route optimization. - Working on reducing material and conversion costs through better sourcing, supplier management, and operational efficiency. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 5-8 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations, preferably in the FMCG or food manufacturing industry. - Strong expertise in cost reduction strategies, process improvement, and supply chain analytics. - Experience in vendor negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance evaluation. - Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems for supply chain management. - Ability to implement and monitor KPIs for cost efficiency and process effectiveness.
