Supply Chain Manager

You will be responsible for coordinating demand/sales forecasting, capacity planning, production & inventory planning, data analysis & continuous improvement in the FMCG industry. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to build accurate Demand Forecasts for multiple brands and distribution channels. - Monitoring sales trends and adjusting Production Scheduling activities accordingly. - Aligning supply chain activities with promotional calendars and seasonal demand spikes. - Managing Capacity Planning of Manufacturing plants to meet Production requirements efficiently. - Overseeing Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) aligned with production forecasts. - Balancing inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing waste and holding costs. - Collaborating with Production and R&D teams to manage ingredient lead times and formulation changes effectively. - Tracking KPIs such as OTIF, SOH, TAT, and reporting performances. - Leading improvement projects for OTIF, cost-reduction, and efficiency. - Leveraging ERP systems and digital tools for real-time visibility and decision-making. Qualifications required for this role: - 5+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in the Food or Confectionery industry. - Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar. - Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and leadership abilities.,
