About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP + QM Support Consultant to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will support and enhance SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Quality Management modules, ensuring smooth business operations across Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Warehouse, and Costing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning (PP):

Provide L1 & L2 SAP support for PP processes.

Support Planned Orders, Production Orders, Order Confirmation & Backflush.

Troubleshoot issues related to BOM, Routing, Work Centers & Production Versions.

Support Capacity Planning & Shop Floor Scheduling.

Handle MRP & MRP Live troubleshooting (MD01N).

Support WIP, variances, and order settlement.

Validate and maintain PP master data (Material Master MRP views, BOM, Routing, Production Versions).


Quality Management (QM):

Support Quality Inspection processes (01, 03, 04 inspection types).

Troubleshoot Inspection Lots, Results Recording, and Usage Decision issues.

Manage sampling procedures, MICs, inspection plans & quality certificates.

Ensure QM integration with Procurement, Production & Inventory modules.

Support quality notifications, defects, and corrective actions.

Handle Batch Management, Shelf-Life & Traceability support.

Cross-Functional Responsibilities:

Collaborate with MM, WM/EWM, CO, and SD teams for integrated issue resolution.

Perform configuration updates, testing, and documentation activities.

Prepare Functional Specifications for enhancements and change requests.

Work with ABAP team for debugging support.

Support month-end closing activities (WIP, variances, quality postings, confirmations).

Conduct end-user training and create SOP documentation.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA PP & QM modules.

Expertise in BOM, Routing, Work Centers, and Production Orders.

Experience handling Inspection Lots, UD, RR, IPQC, and RM inspections.

Good understanding of Batch Management, Shelf-Life, and consumption processes.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of SAP MM processes (Procurement, Inventory, Batch Management).

Experience in FMCG or Process Manufacturing industry.

Basic ABAP debugging skills.

Experience with IDocs, Interfaces & MES systems.

Education:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.

📌 SAP PP/QM certification is an added advantage.
