Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process – from procurement to warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
• Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth inventory management, order accuracy, and timely dispatch.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams for seamless order fulfillment.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse and logistics staff for high performance.
• Manage supply chain budgets and maintain accurate documentation and reports.

Required Experience & Background

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Warehouse Operations.
• Experience in E-commerce companies is highly preferred.
• Candidates from event planning or event management companies will be given special preference.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end logistics and warehouse teams.
• Strong understanding of inventory control systems, ERP, and order management software.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and supply chain management tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Time management and multitasking under pressure.
