· Optimization of CFA & Depot Costing
· Dealer Service verification report
· Liquidation of Old Stock (Near To Expire)
· CFA attendance and Leave approvals
· Cost Optimization, Profitability
· Space Optimization
· Fixed Asset Audit & Maintenance
· Transporter Management
