Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Conduct demand forecasting and capacity planning to meet customer and business requirements.
  

Procurement And Vendor Management

• Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-efficient, high-quality procurement.
• Establish strong vendor relationships and monitor performance against agreed metrics.
  

Logistics And Distribution

• Optimize transportation and warehousing processes for cost and time efficiency.
• Ensure timely delivery of products to customers and manage 3PL partnerships effectively.
  

Inventory And Operations Management

• Maintain optimal inventory levels, reducing costs and minimizing shortages.
• Implement systems for inventory tracking and control to ensure accuracy.
  

Team Leadership

• Lead and manage the supply chain team, fostering skill development and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and customer service, to streamline processes.
  

Compliance And Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards across supply chain activities.
• Identify risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
  

Data Analysis And Reporting

• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare detailed reports for senior management on KPIs, costs, and operational efficiency.
