About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee and manage our company’s overall supply chain and logistics operations in Noida. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient processes and effective cost management while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement and monitor the overall supply chain strategy (procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics & distribution).
• Lead vendor development, supplier negotiations and contracts.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials, on-time delivery and cost control.
• Optimize inventory levels and reduce stockouts/overstocking.
• Coordinate with production, quality and sales teams to forecast demand and align supply accordingly.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Manage and monitor logistics providers and transporters.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards.
• Prepare and monitor supply chain budgets and regular reports to management.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of supply chain & logistics best practices.
• Proficient in CRM software/ ERP, MS Excel and supply chain analytics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and vendor management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
• Leadership, problem solving, and decision-making skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Any Bachelor’s Degree / Preferred Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or Business Management (MBA preferred).
• 7–10 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics (preferably in manufacturing/engineering industry).
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end supply chain operations.
