Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Factory Accounts Manager to handle accounting operations at our Noida Phase 2 manufacturing unit. The role includes managing day-to-day accounts, vendor payments, payroll, inventory control, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate day-to-day accounts and financial records
• Record all purchases as per Purchase Orders (POs)
• Manage timely payments to local suppliers
• Prepare monthly salaries based on HR inputs
• Conduct monthly stock verification and update inventory records
• Coordinate with banks for daily transactions and reconciliations
• Generate dispatch invoices in line with contracts
• Prepare GST invoices and other statutory documentation
• Support statutory/internal audits and CA queries
• Prepare and present Monthly MIS reports
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (Master’s preferred)
• 5–7 years of accounting experience in a factory/manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail
