Supply Chain Manager

Your responsibilities in this role will include: - Working collaboratively across Product Supply Chain Leaders (PSCL) and internal/external suppliers to create an end-to-end supply chain plan and network design - Developing and executing supply chain plans by implementing supply chain processes - Tracking supply chain metrics and driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve supplier performance - Strengthening relationships with key suppliers to drive efficiencies and cost reductions You will need: - Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, Technical, or Business - Minimum 5 years of professional experience in operations management, materials management, sourcing, or engineering - Strong negotiation and project management skills - Capability in planning, analytics, problem-solving, and presentation skills - Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain management and lean manufacturing - Experience with ERP software such as SAP or Oracle The company, Emerson, prioritizes a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
