Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India Department: Quality Assurance Company: Getsun Power (Sainik Industries Pvt. Ltd.) Responsibilities: Conduct supplier process audits (fabrication, CNC, welding, powder coating, casting, etc.). Investigate and resolve supplier non-conformances using tools like NCR, 8D, and CAPA. Collaborate with Design & Procurement teams for New Product Introduction (NPI). Ensure quality compliance from suppliers of mechanical parts, sheet metal, and electronics. Monitor supplier performance through KPIs (PPM, OTD, RPN). Coordinate dimensional/material testing and functional fitment trials. Participate in design reviews and product validation before supplier approval. Verify supplier-provided test reports (material certificates, plating thickness, mechanical properties). Qualifications: Education: Diploma (minimum) in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: 1–3 years in Supplier Quality or Mechanical QA; preference for Li-ion Battery or Automotive Industry background. Tools Exposure: FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SolidWorks/AutoCAD, Vernier, Micrometer, Gauge tools, Coating Thickness, Hardness Tester, UTM testing, etc. Skills: Strong verbal and written communication Detail-oriented with time management skills Good coordination and teamwork capability Fluent in English; proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
